Had truck towed to dealer. Ignition coil on top of spark plug was sheared off of it's mounting on the head. There was just no negative to it, except maybe the 14 miles per gallon average. Someone needs to protect the people. I've never heard of this blow out until I purchased a Ford, and I've owned soo many other cars that never experienced this.
Apparently it is going to cost me 3,000 to fix. They said we blew a spark plug and stripped the threads that hold it in place. It stripped the threads and is now going to cost a lot to get it fixed, not to mention the towing. The spark plug was not broken, but the threads looked a little rounded, but otherwise ok. Another drawback is just the shear size of the Expedition makes it hard to maneuver around town and a parking lot.

I had to have it towed to my house when it blew the spark plug and I dono want to go though this again. I had it towed to the shop. We had the car towed over an hour to the Ford dealer near our home.
