We couldn't help thinking there should be more beans, but Nissan says drivetrain reliability compromised how much power the blown motor could produce. Never any problems but general maintenance. Frontier continues to be a leader in innovation among compat pickups. A bed-mounted bike rack is also available.
Compared to the King Cab, the Frontier Crew Cab has a larger cabin with expanded rear-seat accommodations. Flip the bed extender forward, close the tailgate, and it provides a contained area for groceries or other small cargo. Now the 2003 Frontier is also the first compact pickup to offer electronic stability control, and the first to offer a tire-pressure monitoring system. The car purchase, tax, title, and license were all done right there. The design was very nice as well but the interior was a bit too cramped.
