The actuator is good tried it in a buddy's truck the front drive shaft does spin when the transfer case is engaged I can also hear the tranfercase gear down. The 2009 Silverado received on models not equipped with the optional side air bags. The solotion is to get the clockspring replaced. What could have been damaged and caused the Cruise Control to fail intermittently? Then put it in drive and pull up 10 ft.
