Hey I have been trying to fix this problem without having to go to the dealer. I tried to clear it to pass emissions and the light cleared for about 2 hours. Disconnect the Short Runner Valve Assembly connector. Armed with this info I went wide open on removing the intake manifold to see if the runner control valve was stuck open. If the Manifold Flow Valve blades are seized in the intake manifold, the manifold will have to be replaced However this code can sometimes have a very easy fix and if you are lucky you may find that it is caused by a split vacuum hose connecting to the actuator. The linkage attaches to the housing butterfly plate levers. Apparently, you can't just get the value from Dodge - you need to replace the whole thing.
