I do have a meter and I'll start checking the resitors for continuity and proper resitance. All functions are all right, but the image come 40-60 minutes after switch on the tv. You could have disturbed something when replacing the board. After I uninstalled it and restarted the phone, I've never had the problem. I chose the latter and it took about 2 minutes for the download indicator bar to reach 100%. Google points the finger at Samsung. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board.

I searched this thread and found it might be a pico fuse on T-con board, i have no idea which type of pico fuse i need to buy to replace it, if any body can help which type of pico fuse needed for this model and is there any website where you can buy t-con board in uk. Samsung tech support had me try various things to repair the problem but no one would pick up the phone and call engineering. Please, restore the previous version of Youtube or fix these issues as fast as possible. It also introduces the concern that Samsung might withdraw other support such as Mirror casting in a little while. After much internet trolling, I replaced the t-con card which had it working for a few days, then same issue. Also i cannot see any picture even with shining a flashlight into screen. This video helped The upshot is that this 'different kind' of reset made all the difference - and now the Apps are permanently showing rather than disappearing randomly from time to time. Anyway, I took a number of pictures and took notes on disassembly, so I wouldn't forget how to put it all back together.
